You drive me crazy #5 - This one’s for the buses (but it’s the cars’ fault)
I’ve been thinking about this frequently. Very frequently in fact as our “every 20 minutes” bus is regularly late. For those of you who don’t know Galway, it’s a small city centre surrounded by sprawling suburban estates and chock [...]

I was trying to think of an excuse to show off my newish (Christmas present) toddler Tettitett. Yes I know I also have a Taitasi. What can I say, I am naughty and indecisive but, in my defense, both were gifts

Frozen green beans, thawed & stir-fried in loads and loads of garlic. Then sprinkled with chili flakes. Is there a more yummier accompaniment to Friday evening pie & chips? I think not!
“More yummier” doesn’t even begin to approach the realms of proper English grammer, I hereby apologise profusely

You drive me crazy #4 - Stop parking on the footpath
What do you be thinking when you’re driving down a main road and suddenly decide you want to stop. The urge to stop is so strong you can’t possibly find a real parking space. Look at that empty foothpath. Use that. It was put there [...]
