I’ve been following a thread on MDC where people have been adding links to their favourite breastfeeding images, be they photos, paintings, sketches, statues, advertisements, public awareness campaigns or jewellery.
But as with all threads on such busy forums, this one will eventually start to slip into the archives, so I thought I would take [...]

I’ve been thinking recently about how important Attachment Parenting is to fathers.
Many men seem to feel helpless and left out when it comes to the whole process of pregnancy, birth and those early weeks with a new baby. Mother and baby are like [...]

Littlepixie took an unexpected 2 hour nap on my lap this morning, which meant us missing her playgroup but which gave me an excellent opportunity to read a book from my ever-growing book-queue.
I decided to read “My child won’t eat” by Dr. Carlos Gonzalez, published by La Leche League International.
My local LLL leader had [...]

I received an exciting package in the mail yesterday from the lovely Isil at Veggieway. It contained my PIF gift which was a beautiful hand cranked music box which plays “Imagine”. The package also [...]
